Prateek successfully delivered the following tutorial for AIMRC during 1-3pm on July 25 with around 30 attendees joined in-person or online. We would like to thank AHPCC directors, Drs. Getting Started with the Arkansas Research Platform: A Friendly Tutorial on Accessing AIMRC High-Performance Computing Resources
Abstract: Learn how to gain access to the Arkansas High Performance Computing Resources and access dedicated AIMRC resources. Also learn how to access the Pinnacle cluster using SSH through a terminal or browser-based GUI. Several computational packages like MATLAB, Python, Jupyter Notebook and several Bioinformatics tools are already installed.
