SAIL members presented at BIBM17

BIBM 2017 was held at Kansas City, Missouri in Nov 13-16, 2017. Three SAIL members gave the presentation.

1. Lu Zhang presented the research track paper “Modeling SNP and Quantitative Trait Association from GWAS Catalog Using CLG Bayesian Network” authored by Lu Zhang, Qiuping Pan, and Xintao Wu.
2. Qiuping Pan presented the industry track paper “STIP: An SNP-Trait Inference Platform” authored by Qiuping Pan, Lu Zhang, and Xintao Wu.  The web-based SNP-trait inference platform can be accessed at http://csce.uark.edu/~xintaowu/STIP.htm
3. Xintao Wu gave an invited talk “Differential Privacy Preserving Deep Learning in Healthcare”.
